Appointments not always necessary

Appointments

We have reserved time especially for you, and greatly appreciate your prompt arrival so we may better service you. We do our best to remain on schedule for your appointments and your consideration is greatly appreciated.

Cancellation Policy

Because our technicians reserve their time for your appointment, we ask for a 24 hour cancellation notice to help keep scheduling in order. If less than 24 hour notice is given, a fee of 50% of the total service scheduled is required. A "No Show" will be charged full value. All spa packages require a 48 hour notice.

What to Wear

Robes and towels are provided for spa services. You may bring a bathing suit for body treatments if you wish otherwise disposable bra and panties will be provided. For pedicure treatments, please wear pants that are loose fitting below the knee. Please wear a button down shirt for formal event services. Please no hooded sweatshirts for hair services.

What we need to know

Please advise our staff of any allergies, sensitivities or medication that may interfere with any of our services. If you have any questions concerning your service, please contact us.

Children

Our goal is to ensure all clients enjoy the relaxing atmosphere of the salon. Please make other arrangements for small children, unless they are receiving a service.

For your comfort

Please turn off you cell phone before entering our salon and day spa.

Payment

We accept cash, check, debit cards and credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, and Discover). All returned checks will be charged a $25 service fee.

Refunds

All refunds for the salon are credit only.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are available for any amount and may be purchased by phone or at the reception desk. They may be used for product or services, but are not redeemable for cash. Gift cards do not expire and are non-replaceable. Gift cards for salon services are a great idea for employee recognitions, incentives, health and well being, as well as gifts for your own clients and customers.

Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are dissatisfied with any service you received here, please notify us within 7 days.
